In this progressive weekend workshop, we’ll explore finding equanimity as we surf the waves of Standing Balance Poses.

Beginning with the actions of the feet; moving up into the stabilizing muscles of the inner groin, outer hip, and core; and by incorporating gaze and breath, we’ll play with the form, focus, and fluidity required to stay afloat.

Please plan on joining Sarah as she leads this fun weekend series. 

Claire and Sunda will be providing assistance and encouragement!

All ages, body types, and levels are welcome, though familiarity with basic yoga postures will be helpful.
