Latest Updates on Studio Procedures
The state of New Mexico will temporarily re-implement a statewide requirement that facemasks be worn in all public indoor spaces, with only limited exceptions, and regardless of vaccination status, to stem the state’s rising tide of COVID-19 infections and hospitalizations.
Because of this, we will be reinstating our COVID-19 guidelines.

Self Check
Tribe Teachers & Students MUST perform self health checks every day.

Do you have a fever?

Do you have respiratory symptoms?

If YES, seek care through your primary physician.

If you test positive for Covid 19, please notify the studio at: sunda@tribeyogaandwellness.com
Hygiene
-
Masks must be worn at all times UNLESS you are on your yoga mat.
-
Do not touch your face or mask.
-
Please wash your hands with soap & water for at least 20 sec after sneezing, coughing, nose-blowing, using the restroom, and before eating or handling food.

If water is not available, use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Tribe Yoga & Wellness will continue to clean floors and wipe down surfaces between classes.
Social Distance

Maintain 6 ft between people at all times.

Masks MUST be worn inside the retail store.

Masks WILL be worn when entering the studio.
-
Vaccinated students MAY or may NOT wear masks while practicing yoga.

Students are encouraged to register and PREPAY prior to arrival.
- Each student will remain in their own area during class.
Atmosphere

Weather permitting, the windows & doors will be left open.
-
Some classes will continue to be live-streamed to support those still practicing at home.

No physical touch of any kind will be made, including hand adjustments.

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR CLASS

The studio will open 15 min before each class is scheduled.

Students are encouraged to PREREGISTER & PAY prior to arrival.

Go to your designated space and set up your mat and personal items.
-
Please try to bring your own props!
-
Remain at your spot and stretch or meditate until class begins.
