I hope you've had time to rest and rejuvenate this summer. With the school year approaching, there is anticipation for getting back to a schedule and finding your weekly groove.
As demands on your time increase, it will be more important than ever to make space for you. Whether you're available in the mornings or after work, Tribe Yoga & Wellness has you covered. We want to support you in your goals towards self care. Remember that the hardest part of any class is getting yourself in the room and on the mat in time for class. After that you can let go into your practice. I hope that with the busy season at hand, you will set an intention for self-care by making that space possible.
New offerings around the bend:
Beginner's Yoga: Learn the basics in a safe and supportive environment geared just for you. Kevin Sutton will be leading this class on Sundays at 4pm starting August 12th.
Interested in an early morning class? September 10th through October 17th, we are offering a six week, 6:30am practice on Mondays and Wednesdays. This will be an all levels class. Cost will be $90 for six weeks, 12 classes. Minimum of five students required.
Finally, we are now offering discounted memberships. While the technical end of this is still in the works, here's a breakdown of the membership levels:
Three classes per month: $35
Five classes per month: $48
Ten classes per month: $68
Unlimited classes per month: $88
All members receive buddy passes to bring a friend for the first time to Tribe Yoga & Wellness for free.
