Kundalini Yoga with Cait Fischer

I'm thrilled to welcome Cait Fischer to Tribe Yoga as our latest independently operating instructor. Cait is a certified yoga teacher by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) and has taught yoga for over 5 years to adults and children. Originally from Connecticut, she has taught yoga in various locations over the years. She focuses on creating a healing space where students have the opportunity to experience their own limitless essence. Her students have repeatedly described her presence as inspiring and uplifting. She encourages students to safely push through their own self-imposed limitations while incorporating dynamic breath-work, rhythmic movement, deep meditations and Gong relaxations.

Cait will be offering her first Kundalini yoga class for free this Friday evening, January 11th at 5:30pm and subsequently Tuesday and Friday evenings for the following six weeks.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is a technology of awareness that was formerly taught secretly from master to disciple until it was brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan. The yoga exercises tone and strengthen your entire organism so that your radiant presence works for you. The mantra music improves focus and mood while the breath rhythms help to re-organize neuroendocrine secretions and give us more energy. The meditations take us deep so that we meet our true Self and the final relaxation allows us to enjoy the connection to all that is.
