March Madness

March blows in with a fresh new schedule, offering yoga classes four mornings per week along with our 6am, and evening classes. Heads up that we've switched Vinyasa Flow to Tuesdays and Thursdays, taught by Johanna Jaworski and myself. We've added another morning of Prajna Yoga with Claire Jacquez so that we have offerings both Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9:30am.

Spring Break is coming! Woot woot! We will be closed for Spring break from Saturday, March 23rd to Thursday the 28th except for 6am classes. Our first returning class from Spring Break will be Thursday evening's Yin and Restore at 5:30pm. Also please note, there will be no evening Vinyasa flow on Wednesday, March 13th.

Pound and High Fit will no longer be held at Tribe. You can still catch Samantha's Pound classes in White Rock and High Fit will start up on Tuesdays, March 12th at CrossFit Gym. They are still adored by Tribe even though we don't sweat on the same floor.
