Live Stream Classes Coming to Tribe!

We are excited to announce that we will begin offering live stream classes starting the week of April 6th!



8:00 to 9:00am – Vinyasa Flow with Christa Level 2/3  

9:45 to 11:15 am – Prajna Yoga with Claire Level 1-3  


8:00 to 9:00am – Vinyasa Flow with Christa Level 1-3  

11:30 am to 12:45pm – Prajna Yoga with Sarah Level 1-3


9:30 to 11:00am – Prajna Yoga with Claire Level 1-3  

5:30 to 6:45 pm – Prajna Yoga with Sarah Level 1-3  


1:00 to 2:30pm – Gentle Yoga with Marla Level 1-3  

5:30 to 7:00 pm – Yin & Guided Meditation with Sunda Level 1-3 

We plan on adding more classes; please check back often for updates

Step by step guide to easily join us from home

Step 1:

Yoga classes will be held via online meeting software Zoom. Download Zoom  on your laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone before class (important: you will need to download software via Web Browser not on Zoom app)

This service is free.  Here is a short tutorial on how to join a meeting on Zoom.

Step 2:

Login to your Tribe Yoga account (or create an account if you’re new) by visiting

Check to be sure your email address is correct or you will not receive the Zoom link!

Step 3:

Sign up for class!  If you have a Monthly Unlimited Membership, Intro: 3-Week Unlimited, or credits left on your account you will automatically be registered. Otherwise, you will be given the option to purchase a single session.

PLEASE NOTE: We feel that No one should be turned away from class at this time due to lack of funds. For this reason, we are offering the option to buy an $8 drop-in class. Or if necessary, you could choose the 'karma yoga' option ($0) on our payment settings. Tribe Yoga and Wellness remains committed to providing quality yoga to our lovely Los Alamos community!

Step 4:

We will send you a link to a Zoom meeting via email an hour before class.  Click the link 10 to 15 minutes before class time to join your virtual classroom. This is a great time to catch up with your friends or to get to know your new ‘virtual’ community!

Step 5:

Set yourself up in a space with strong internet signal, with your personal yoga mat and any props or alternatives you have:

- Mat

- 1 to 3 Blanket(s) (or towel) 

- Yoga strap (or necktie) 

- Yoga blocks (or thick books) 

- Bolster (or pillow rolled in blanket)

- Chair (any kind)

(Students just need a mat for Christa's classes. Optional: Blocks, bolster, blanket.)

If you need a mat and/or props to support your home practice please consider visiting our very new Tribe Yoga and Wellness online store; we will be adding merchandise often and appreciate your support!  (Los Alamos residents, I will deliver to your front door for free!)

Enjoy your practice and connecting with our community through this online platform.
