On the Horizon
We're always looking for ways to shake it up. Sometimes you have to take your practice on the road to take it to the next level. Last year we introduced Yoga on the Mountain.
In the Summer of 2021, watch for Equine Yoga.
No. Not yoga for horses.
Yoga for people ON horses.
No. You don't have to own a horse to participate.
If you really want to be aware of your body, equine yoga is an incredible opportunity to utilize real-time feedback from a sensitive creature who offers so much and asks for nothing but kindness and cookies in return.
Healthy Spring Snack
Fruit & Yogurt Parfait
Makes 1 Parfait
1 c low fat yogurt~any flavor
1/2 c sliced/chopped berries
1 Tbsp granola
Place granola in the bottom of a small cup/glass/dish. Layer yogurt and berries as desired. Top with a pretzel or other salty treat for a fun zing. Refrigerate and enjoy after your workout!
