6am for 6 weeks Series

9:30am Vinyasa Flow 1-2

5:30pm Vinyasa Flow 2-3

 

Thursdays:

6am for 6 weeks Series

5:30pm Yin & Restore

7pm Pranakriya Yoga with Monica Hernandez-Lara ($10)

 

Saturdays:

8am Pound Fit with Samantha Mortimer

9:30am Ashtanga Vinyasa with Kevin 

 

Sundays:

4pm Basics of Yoga with Kevin
